Hiring Process.

How we approach recruitment.

Every collaboration starts with clarity. Our hiring process reflects this — focusing not only on skills, but also on reliability, professional standards and the ability to operate in corporate environments.

Recruitment is approached as an open exchange, where expectations and ways of working are discussed transparently. The objective is to ensure alignment before moving forward.

All applications are reviewed with fairness and professional objectivity.

Before applying you can explore what defines the experience of working with us:

The recruitment process
REMOTE
Initial conversation.
We begin with an online discussion to introduce the role and explain how we operate.
This first exchange allows us to understand your background, experience and way of working, while giving you the opportunity to ask questions about the position and our environment.
The objective is to establish a clear understanding before moving to the next step.
REMOTE
Portfolio review or exercise.
For graphic and motion design positions, we review a strong portfolio or propose a short practical exercise.
When required, the assignment reflects the type of work we develop and remains concise and focused. The scope and timing are defined together, based on availability.
The objective is to understand your clarity of execution within a corporate environment.
ON-SITE
In-person meeting.
The meeting takes place at our office in Bucharest.
We take the time to go through concrete projects, team collaboration, responsibilities and day-to-day working conditions in detail, ensuring full clarity on scope and expectations.
It is a key moment to address remaining questions and confirm alignment before moving forward together.

Final Alignment & Proposal

If alignment is confirmed, we prepare and share a formal employment proposal outlining the role and agreed conditions.

The proposal reflects the discussions held throughout the process and confirms the scope and responsibilities as discussed.

Recruitment decisions are contextual and reflect the specific requirements of a role at a given moment. Not being selected does not question the value of a profile, but simply reflects the alignment required in the current context.
