As a « Creative Project Lead » in the Creative Services department, you will manage creative graphic projects mainly focused on corporate communication.
You’ll work closely with multinational companies, shaping corporate designs, digital assets, motion graphics, and brand identities at a high level.
This is a role for someone who naturally guide and support others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative problem-solving, and is eager to take ownership of projects.
–>WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Under the supervision of the Creative Manager, you will be in charge of supervising and ensuring the proper execution of various graphic design projects that are assigned to you, from the client’s request to handover:
- You manage creative projects and cultivate the relationship of trust with the customers.
- You decode the clients’ needs and expectations.
- You convey the information to the graphic team, you follow the projects and you check the brief’s compliance and the deadlines.
- You ensure the compliance with the graphic guidelines and the visual identity of each client.
- You take in charge the graphic design of key projects.
- You ensure the reporting and monitoring of project indicators: quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction, productivity.

- Significant experience in graphic design and corporate communication
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
- Good interpersonal skills, customer oriented and ability to manage customer feedback with empathy

As a Graphic Designer, you will join our creative services department in Bucharest and our (lovely) team of graphic and motion designers.
You will create engaging and on-brand concepts and assets for multinational companies with focus on corporate communication: graphic design, digital, video and brand identity.
At Ellipse Marketing, learning and collaboration is a daily practice, so we encourage and expect you to actively contribute with constructive input and ideas.

- Develop corporate designs for digital, print, and video
- Create social media visuals, infographics, and data visualizations
- Design corporate communication materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations (PPT), and other branded assets.
- Work on website design and digital materials
- Contribute to video and motion graphics projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and creative quality

As a Motion Designer, you will join our Creative Services department in Bucharest and our (lovely!) team of graphic and motion designers.
You will create engaging and on-brand concepts and assets for multinational companies, focusing on corporate communication: corporate branding videos, explainers, product presentations, social media videos, event videos, infographic animations, and other engaging content.
–>WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual narratives based on client briefs
- Edit videos, enhance footage, and synchronize sound, voiceovers, and subtitles
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to optimize animation workflows and enhance creative output.

- Proven experience in Motion Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D animations.
- Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in 3D animation and rendering (Blender, other).
- Interest in AI-driven creative tools to optimize production.
- A sharp eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition.

We are looking for a new colleague who is interested and passionate about market research and communication, to join our growing team. Your mission will mainly consist of implementing specific marketing and communication activities for different customers from Romania and EMEA region.
You will work in collaboration with colleagues in all the stages of various market research projects.
TYPE OF PROJECTS:
– Exploratory studies / main competitors or sectors memos / testing new projects / small to mid-size IT internal projects
– Monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting / anticipating the evolution of different market segments for existing prospects and clients
– Customer experience surveys
– Managing databases with suppliers: identifying the best suppliers for the company’s needs, sending orders to suppliers, and maintaining communication with them.
RESPONSABILITIES:
– developing marketing tools (questionnaires, programming the data collection platforms)
– data collection monitoring (select the team, organize the field activities)
– online and offline data tracking & validation
– contributing to writing reports, summaries and field observation
– preparing strategic recommendations and qualitative research follow-ups
– creating or editing of engaging, shareable content for different events and reports (presentations, newsletters, emailing, user management, documents, etc) on different channels and web platforms
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
– Degree: Economics / Marketing / Statistics / Social Sciences
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, French is a PLUS
– Knowledge of statistical techniques and marketing KPIs
– Proficient with computer tools: Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook), etc
– Minimum of 1 year of market research or related experience in BTL field (promotions, merchandising, Gift on pack), mystery shopping activities
– Self-learning ability and proactive attitude (propose, take initiative, adapt to unplanned situations and changes, etc.)
